The objective of this course is to supervise and direct one PhD candidate on her dissertation, and to have regular weekly meetings to monitoring research progress and to write up the manuscript for submission to the SCI statistical journals. The topic of the research is "Statistical Inference for Targeted Therapy Based on Censored Data under Enrichment Design". This is a very important research topic for evaluation of tareged drugs. This is because the accuracy of the diagnostic devices for the molecular targets is not 100%.
